It's more playable than a screen constantly flickering, but obviously an issue. My only guess is that there's an issue with AMD Radeon. The game is fine in the loading screen until the little icon in the top right corner saying Alt+R for settings comes up. Then that flickers a bunch and my FPS is shot from there. fesRbMg.
